Troop 1785 annual dues for 2025 are $260 for youth (scholarships available) and $70 for adults that register with Scouting America. The dues cover the district and national fees which includes insurance, with a bit left over for the troop to pay for campsite reservations and badges that we award to the scouts.
The only cost to attend our Monthly campouts is the cost of meals. The scouts plan, purchase food, and prepare the meals on the campouts. The cost is typically around $15 for a weekend.
Summer camp and high adventure trip costs vary and the troop holds fundraisers to help offset the costs. If any scout needs financial help to participate with our troop, please contact the scoutmaster or committee chairman. A scout is capable of raising enough money to cover a typical summer camp through the Friends of Troop 1785 BINGO fundraiser on the Saturday before Mother's Day.
